This building, taken as an example of architecture and efficiency from several magazines in the sector, is located in the San Bernardo area, surrounded by greenery and is a source of pride for the territory of Nova Milanese.

Inside the Residence have been created few housing units, which reflect within them the constructive philosophy that is the basis of this project.

This small condominium is equipped with a geothermal system for the exploitation of the subsoil heat.
